FAQs

Meals

Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Feel free to bring food with you or request our house kibble ( Blue Buffalo salmon flavor) for $3.50/cup. We have a fridge dedicated to the dogs so wet and mixed food isn’t a problem. We’ll wash and return your container.

Separate feedings

Everyone gets their own Kennel or safety gate (3’x3’ gated area) to eat in privacy. Zero chance of food aggression.

What to bring for daycare

  • We prefer snap or easy release collars in case an emergency situation arises.

  • We’ll hang your leash or harness up. We never leave the perimeter.

  • Feel free to bring food as mentioned above.

  • No toys or bowls please.

What to bring for boarding

  • Food or treats (big bag or individually packed).

  • Medication or supplements.

  • Special blanket or bed but keep in mind we have plush cots, day beds, couches and mattresses.

  • Kennel if night training but feel free to use one of ours..

  • If your dog is small or short-haired we recommend a jacket on those really chilly winter nights.

Communal sleeping

The same plush cots, day beds, couches and mattresses they nap on during the day. Anxious dogs are free to hang out near us at night, sometimes even joining in on our current Netflix obsession. Most of the time they are too tuckered out from playing all day. If you would like your dog to sleep separately we can accommodate. Keep in mind we are here 24/7 and only pawprints away in the evening.

Daycare & boarding notice

We never need notice for drop off or pick up on daycare. We kindly ask for 24hr notice for boarding but realize life happens, most times we have availability. Holidays being an exception.

Shy dogs boarding

It’s a good idea to come for a day of daycare before boarding shy or anxious dogs. This allows them to sniff the place out first. Not completely necessary however. Bringing a meal helps strengthen their trust in us.

All day play included in daycare

No confusing prices or plans. Dogs are free to play and relax on their own terms. We are constantly incorporating group play and 1 on 1 such as ball, soccer, skateboarding, scootering, frisbee and RC car. Both indoors and out. We never leave the property with the dogs. If you have an exercise request such as a walk for an elderly dog we can accommodate. Is your dog desperate for a ball session? Let us know.

Tired dogs

Don’t be surprised if your dog is tuckered and sleeps through the night into the morning. Especially if they aren’t accustomed to this type of lifestyle.

Payment / Billing

You will receive an invoice via email at the end of every month from us, INAM LLC. We’ll charge the credit card on file shortly after, usually about a week. Declined bounce backs result in $30 fee from processing company.

Spa and grooming services

We offer baths, for pricing see here. We do not express anal glands, trim nails or groom.

Location

We are nextdoor to AMR on Illinois in between 23rd and 24th in the Dogpatch neighborhood. We have lots of on-site parking.

Emergency Vet

We use the SF VCA. They are the closest at 2 miles away on 600 Alabama st.

Air quality

If the air quality ever drops we shut the garage doors and limit outdoor playtime.

Cleaning policy

We pride ourselves in our cleanliness. Routinely cleaning up the yard, sweeping, wiping and changing water bowls. We also deep clean the facility 2-3 times a week.

Violence protocol

Rarely happens since each dog is vetted for aggression in our evaluation process. If an event ever does happen we jump right in the middle and seperate. We will notify you immediately. If no response and medical attention is needed we will take to the SF VCA.

Fire protocol

We evacuate all the dogs quickly to our large outdoor yard. From there we can transfer them to the southern side of the building away from the fire via gates within the yards perimeter.

Covid-19 procedure

In addition to our strict cleaning policy we will be wiping down all leashes with a all natural pet friendly sanitizer. We are also offering curbside pickup/dropoff by request if you are more comfortable staying in the car. Our facility remains closed to outside visitors during these times and we will meet you at the door after ringing buzzer.
